Since 2009, Lynley Bravo, CKBD. (Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer) has been working as the Director of Sales and Marketing. She specializes in all tile design and sales, but in the future will be a part of more custom cabinetry projects again. Lynley wears several hats at Palmer Todd, from sales, to managing employees, to overseeing the marketing department, and merchandising our one-of-a-kind showroom, she has valuable knowledge and insights about each part of the company. Furthermore, she collaborates on specialty projects and partners with Christi on all inner and outer workings related to Palmer Todd. 

 If it sounds like Lynley’s job is changing everyday, it’s true! That’s actually what she loves the most about it; the variety and endless possibilities. The customization options for our beautiful materials are just as fun to design with, as they are to shop for!

When dreaming about the future, Lynley is determined to expand our reputation to the next generation of buyers, both trade and retail. She also intends to reach out to new designers, architects, and builders to establish a new group of clients. Additionally, Lynley wants younger people who do not yet have their dream home, to remember us when they move through this world and are ready for the next step.

Lynley finds inspiration from several different individuals. First, Christi Palmer, who serves as a great leader and has taught her what it takes to run a successful company. Christi pushes her to be more assertive and take more risks than she normally would. Second, Lynley’s mother, who although never directly taught her how to do this job, imparted the gift of seeing things through a creative lens. Thirdly, Lynley’s father, who was an entrepreneur and small business owner. He delegated well, was action oriented and assertive, but also warm and giving to his clients and employees alike. His success as a business owner coupled with his success as a father, made her want to be more like him! Lynley is inspired by anyone who moves in spite of fear, who isn’t afraid to work hard and who addresses their profession with a sense of dedication and pride.
